What Causes Fluid Behind My Ear Drum?

Hi My name is Amy and I have fluid behind my ear drum I got it about the same time last summer and they had to poke hole and suck it out I have been using nose spray and Decongestant Meds But it is not working is there any thing else I can do Im 25 and don t have to have tubes put in
