Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fluid build up in inner ear occur due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Eustachian tube is a small tube connecting middle ear or inner ear to nasopharynx and it keep the pressure balance between middle ear and nasopharynx. Dysfunction usually occur when it become clogged due to mucus produce because sinusitis , post nasal drip and chronic upper respiratory infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to discuss the case. Doctor may order X-ray of face or CT scan to find out exact cause. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course , expectorant and anti histamine drug depending upon the diagnosis. Till then start taking over the counter anti histamine drug like benadryl .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
