Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Behind cheek means at the parotid region or neck lateral region or submandibular region?

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Possible causes like lymphadenopathy or parotid swelling or mums or abscess etc.

Get it done an ultrasound of local area, then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
