What Causes Fluid Discharge From Naval?

My navel is leaking, or sweating with odor.I also notice a small amount of blood on a tissue I cleaned it out with. I also have a strong pain in my left side more to my back. It doesn't hurt with all movements. The pressure seems to change after a boule moment, I wondered if it might be a kidney, as if felt better with drinking 2 bottles of cran-grape. With both things it changes.

there may be any injury in the umbilicus. Needs ultrasound scanning once for diagnosis. Management depends on the report.
