What Causes Fluid Drip In The Head After Injury?

The other night Saturday, I was lying down in couch and suddenly felt a fluid dripping feeling in my head at the left side of front of head. I also was experiencing a pulsating in my ear which alarmed me , also I felt my pulse and it was higher than normal. In november last year I cut and banged my head approx Inch deep down my eyebrow bone which closedover itself , clear fluid at the tinme leaked form my ear I was also sick at the time. aFTER THE KNOCK i WENT TO BED AND FELT ALRIGHT THE NEXT MORNING but thought I would get it checked at casulaty. I asked for an xray but they didnt give me one. THIS WAS IN NOVEMBER 2013 AND then other night had this sensation. I have been worried imaging brain clots and hamorrages.
