What Causes Fluid Filled Blisters On Penis With Burning Sensation During Urination?

Hi Dr i.had unprotected sex and after a week i developing this burning sensation. slight pain after pissing. it makes me feel like taking a piss more often. I went and saw a doctor who diagnosed me with gonorehea. Seven days later i still didnt feel ok. My left testical swells for a few days, the burning sensation i still there, urge to piss, pain directly in line with left testical, small watery blisters on penis head. No discharge of fluid. If gonerhea is not treated than what other sti might i have?

I can understand your concern

it is the infection of mixed fungi and bacteria
but still gonorrhea is not gone completely .so it spread to testis causing infection there with swelling

so I would like to suggest have a CBP,ESR,CUE AND BLOOD CULTURE FOR GONORRHOEA
plz take antibiotics like cefixime 0 200mg along with metrogyl twice daily for 7 days .citralka liquid for burning sensation
after few days have an ultrasounography of scrotum once to reveal the condition

don't worry it will subside .. .
