General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that Methamphetamine is causing sores especially on face due to toxins produced and constriction of blood vessels that causes slow healing, fomication, and even excessively hot pipes too cause this.

You should use some oral anti-allergic drugs, apply topical steroids and prevent it from infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
