What Causes Fluid Filled Bump On The Head With Numbness?

I got hit in the head on the top left hand side. At first there was a small scratch that bled very little and a small bump. Within an hour the bump had increased in size by 4 times. Now two days later, the bump has subsided and feels more like it s retaining fluid and has moved down to my cheekbone and is creating a numbness feeling all around my temple and surrounding areas. Why is there fluid building up and numbness?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some inflammatory swelling or oedema. You should take some anti inflammatory drug. It will subside within few days. If it remains persistent then consult your doctor and go for further investigation.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
