General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

After reading short history and seeing the photo you posted, I deeply feel that most probably you may be having folliculitis. It may be an infection of hair follicles.

There may be discrete pustular eruptions on the shaft of the penis. This may be benign lesions characterized by pustules. Squeezing the lesions pus may be seen.

You consult a dermatologist. He might go for investigations to rule out DM, HIV, anemia and other internal diseases.

I would suggest.

- antibiotics
- anti inflammatory drugs
- vitamin C
- immunomodulators
- local antibiotic cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
