What Causes Fluid Filled Pilonidal Cyst Above The Buttocks?

i have what seems to be a pilonidal cyst just above my butt and last night it became extremely inflamed and now it has just burst and im terrified and dont know what to do it is painful and is still filled with fluid just slowly coming out what do i do?

I appreciate your concern for the fluid filled cyst above the buttock.

It appears to be an infected pilonidal sinus which got burst open and partly drained.

You should visit a surgeon for proper examination and the tract (sinus) has to be removed completely with a course of antibiotics.
If some part of sinus is left out, it will be causing recurrent infection, so complete removal is the treatment of choice for pilonidal sinus.
