General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per your description the possibilities are serous otitis and Eustachian tube dysfunction. Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. An otoscopic examination is required for further assessment. As of now you can take antihistamine like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
