What Causes Fluid In Ears In Infants?

Hi, ENT Doctors,My 10 month old daughter s has some problem with her right ear. There is fluid inside it which is sticky for the past one month. we have consulted ENT doctor, He prescribed Augpen drop and Ciplox-D ear drop. After completing these medicines it recovered, but now it recur again, Please Help.
