What Causes Fluid Retention In Ear And Slurred Speech After Head Injury?

I have a concussion 1 week ago today I had a blow to top of head ice fell from my roof two stories and stuck me. I went to doc he said yes concussion take it easy should get better, I am tired ie good three hours then sleep two in daytime not normal for me when tired words slur pressure is from above. Eyebrow to base skull one side all day today it feels like water in my ear ie something leaking inside my ear drum

I really appreciate your concern, all the head injury cases should be taken seriously ideally this need to be kept under the observation for 48 hours, in your case better to get done the CT brain this very necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
