What Causes Flushed Cheeks And Muscle Aches Post A Shot For Allergy?
Yesterday I had an allergic relation to something I ate. Went in to the DR and they gave me a shot of Celestone. Today my skin is very hot to the touch, and my cheeks are flushed. Temp is normal, Muscle aches, Sleeplessness. Is my skin being very hot something to be concerned about?

The symptoms seem to be related to the allergic reaction.
The symptoms may need a few days to go away.
I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine.
I also suggest using Calmine lotion for local application.
Cool showers can also be helpful.
