What Causes Flushed Feeling, Lightheadedness And Tingling Sensation In The Face?

I have had intermittent symptoms today, including feeling really flushed, light headed, tingling in my face, and my mouth, along with skin on neck and face feels warm to touch. I just don t feel right, fuzzy. Are these symptoms are serious that I should try to get into a doctor for any testing.
