What Causes Fluttering Feeling And Heart Palpitations While Having Low BP?

Hi, I have fluttering, and heart palpations 3 to 5 times everyday. I have been prescribed beta blocker 10 mg. My blood pressure is usually low 100/70. I have had these for the past 5 years. Echo shows nothing. halter monitor shows some activity. Is it safe to start these?

Hello,

Low pressure is itself cause high heart rate, you should take plenty of water to avoid hypotension. Also, get done an zeCG and echocardiography to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.
