What Causes Fluttering Feeling Around The Shoulder Blade?

I have a fluttering feeling, sort of painful on my right side close to my underarm, going back towards my shoulder blade. I also have RCC. The fluttering/pain is slightly above where a liver biopsy was attempted on Thursday. I'm used to some pain on my right from the RCC since I haven't had a nephrectomy yet, but this is different. Is it most likely just part of it?
