welcome at HCM
i have gone through your case and being ur physcian i can completely understand your health concerns
heart rate of 115 is greater than the normal. in my opinion you should visit your doctor so that you can be examined and investigated properly.
you should get your ECG and thyriod function tests done to rule out any atrial fibrillation and other associated diseases too like hyperthyroidism..
meanwhile stay calm and take propanolol 10 mg if you are not asthmatic and pregnant..
hope your query is adequately addressed
regards
dr saad sultan
