General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

These fluttering heartbeats can be caused by strenuous activity, warm weather, stress, anxiety, nicotine or caffeine, and certain medications.

You might also feel fluttering in your throat or neck, so don't be surprised if you notice symptoms there, too. I suggest you to do echocardiography and echocardiogram.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho
