What Causes Fluttering In Chest Along With Anxiety?

Hello I am a 25 year full time student. I have type 2 diabetes and have had it for about 3 1/2 years now. Recently since yesterday I had a funny feeling in my chest and it felt as though my heart was fluttering and I feel my own heart beat. It continues on today, but now by chest is sore as if someone has been giving CPR and I can still feel my heart beating. I also have an extreme of anxiousness, but I am neither anxious or worried about anything (minus what s happening to my body). Could this be heart palpitations?

Just dont worry it just a git pathology,just undergo some anti gastritis drugs,some drugs for anxiety.. if not cured have a endoscopy done for d pathology n ecg to check n treat for d cause
