What Causes Fluttering In Lower Part Of The Throat?

Hi I ve been getting this fluttering in the lower part of my throat for about a week, I went to the doctor and got blood drawn to check my thyroid, but now I m still having this feeling and it scares me. Should I go to the ER and have an EKG done? I also have been getting bad Acid Reflux and also a little stressed.
