What Causes Fluttering Movement In Stomach, Weight Gain, Heartburn With Negative Pregnancy Test?

I have been having what feels to be movements in my stomach. In my lower abdomen and sometimes at the top and on the sides. It feels like rolling and sometimes a fluttering movement. I also have been experiencing a lot of weight gain, mostly in stomach, bloated all of the time my stomach is hard and I have been experiencing heartburn. I am tired a lot but have taken multiple pregnancy tests and they all said negative.I also still have my monthly period. Do you have any idea what this can be? Thanks for your help. The only other time I have felt this way is when I was pregnant with my both of my kids.

Hello,

Any gastrointestinal cause for your pain needs to be evaluated. Excessive gas, Gastroesophageal reflex, food allergy/intolerance can cause similar symptoms.
It is difficult to give a definite answer without a thorough evaluation. So please follow up with a gastroenterologist for the necessary workup.

Hope this answers your query
