What Causes Fluttering Pain In Upper Back, Shoulder Area And Stomach?

I am having butterflies in my stomach but it also is in my upper back and shoulder area down into my stomach. There a little bit of pain as well in my shoulders. I have recently started working out lifting only 5 pound weights. Can that be the cause?
