What Causes Fluttering Sensation And Spasms In The Fatty Tissue Over Pubic Bone?

I feel a faint spasm-like sensation in the fatty tissue over my pubic bone. It flutters for about three seconds, stops, repeats after a few seconds; off and on all day. Started about two weeks ago. I am 52, 194 pounds, have type two diabetes. I described this to my husband, and he said he has the same thing in the fatty tissue of his left breast, that started about a week ago. He can literally see the fat shaking. I cannot palpate the sensation, rather just feel it from the inside.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having flickering or twitching on the part.
This might be due to some irritation on nerve ending producing this type of sensation.
It has no any significance.
Due to diabetes there might be having neuritis can also cause same sensation.
Take B1, B6 and B12shots or capsules.
It will stop as well after some time.
Ok and take care.
