Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lump in thigh and leg associated with fluttering sensation in leg could be due to involvement of
nerve caused by the lump on the thigh.
It is necessary to know the origin and nature of the two lumps.
A X-ray of both thigh and leg are required to know the site of origin and extent of the lumps.
After imaging, an aspiration cytology is required to aspirate the cellular material from the swellings.
The aspirated material is spread on glass slide and stained with appropriate stains.
The stained cells are examined microscopically to know the nature of the cells and thus the nature of the lesions.
Management can be planned after the investigations.
The fluttering sensation in leg could be due to nerve compression cause by the lumps.
Thus, you need to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management of fluttering sensation.
Thanks and take care
