What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Legs And Arms While Having High BP And Cholesterol?

I am a 70 year old female.For many months now I have been feeling a fluttering sensation like an insect crawling on my legs and arms, and sometimes along my spine, normally while lying down. I also feel pain in my bones and muscles all the time, especially in my arms and legs. When I stretch the leg and lean into the stretch, it seems to bring slight relief. I seem to experience a lot of anxiety, depression and negativity, but not consistently. I do use meds for cholesterol (5mg) and high blood pressure (50mg),as well as a hormone tablet (strength 0.625) daily and wonder if this is all just side effects of the meds.I very seldom use painkillers or anti inflammatories.
