Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

In your case such dizzy spells needs evaluation with an EKG and examination for any variation in standing or sitting blood pressures. You may be asked for carotid doppler and holter monitoring if symptoms persist. Neurological causes appear to be less likely in your case. Meanwhile keep good food intake woth a balanced diet and you can use supplements for B12, D3 and folic acid. Hoping you a speedy recovery. Regards.
