What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Chest While On Promethazine?
Yes , I have had teh flu and my Dr. ordered promethazine dm syrup for my cough -- after taking for about three days i have noticed a fluttering or vibration on my left chest when i sit still - it happens about every 10 to 12 seconds ? could this be and effect of the syrup/

In a few patients, it may cause muscle spasm and dyskinesia. If you developed spasms, then it is better to decrease the dose or take alternative medicine.
