What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Chest?

I am experiencing flutter in my chest? I just ate some chinese food and drank strong hot tea. About two hours ago I worked in the yard and got extremely hot (it is very hot with high humidity here in Alabama). It has eased somewhat, but came on quickly as I was working on the computer.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of acute gastritis is more likely.
So take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Drink cold water or take some ice cream.
You will mostly improve with all these.
But if you fail to improve then consult doctor and get done ecg to rule out cardiac cause for your fluttering.
