What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Forehead?

For 2 days now I have been experiencing fluttering sensations in my forehead on the left side. Before these started happening about 3 weeks ago an ice chip hit me in the eye (my eye was closed). About two weeks ago I started seeing light (like lightning rods) and some floaters. It seems like it's not as prominent now as it was then. Do you know what this could be?
