What Causes Fluttering With Pain And Burning In The Calf?

I am a 40yr male, 5'9", weighing 155lbs. I am considered to be in good health. i have this strange sensations in my right calf of feeling fluttering, bubbling, coolness and sometimes pain and burning. I usually only notice it when laying down. Please help me to understand this as I am concerned it means something serious is wrong with my health. Thank you.
