What Causes Flutters? Could I Be Pregnant?

I have been breast feeding for six months since I had my bby I had two periods I had my bby apirl 30 my last period was july 1 jus two weeks ago I started feeling flutters I have been feeling them everyday now early this weekend I started getting cramps like menstral cramps I took a pregnancy test it said neg could I still be pregnant when I added up the dates I would be 18weeks pregnant what should I do

18 weeks is about 4 and a half months of pregnancy, for a gestational age like this, not knowing you are pregnant is quite unlikely. Moreover, you mentioned your period twice and you are on a natural contraceptive = breast feeding. I would either way recommend a pregnancy test, but in my opinion an 18 week pregnancy is quite unlikely.
