What Causes Flutters In Throat?

last night laying down for bed I felt flutters in my throat area like spasms I have gerd as well the weird thing was I would feel my pluse and it seemed to skip a beat can gerd or spasms cause this? The only way they would stop is if I layed straight on my back and my esougoat?hus

should check the thyroid status rest anatacid can be taken for gerd and / or endoscopy to rule out the cause of all symptoms
