Hello,

Albuterol and Pulmicort don't cause any foaming or frothing from mouth. The following are few causes of frothing from mouth:
1) Opioid medications overdose
2) Seizures
3) Rabies
4) Ingestion of household cleaning agents, detergents etc.

In your baby's case it could be due to seizure. Please take your baby to a child specialist for thorough clinical examination and ruling out any serious medical conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
