What Causes Foam Like Vomiting In Infants?

My baby is 11 months old for the past 3 days he gas been vomiting but last night he has been vomiting little bits of foam. He was born a month early and the paediatrician said his food pipe isn t fully developed and will take time to get stronger so vomiting for him isn t unusual but he has never brought up foam. I have given him weetabix and fish a few times in the last week do you think it has upset his stomach?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of vomiting then better to avoid giving solid or semisolid food, here the underlying cause of vomiting is really matter of concern and it need to be managed accordingly near possible causes requires attention like hiatus hernia and others, hope this information helps.
