General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The foaming at the mouth with unresponsiveness is excessive CNS depression from the effects of high blood sugar, the effect of Norco and added up by the alcohol.

Though the outcome is unpredictable without assessing the patient, he requires intensive care of medical management for sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
