What Causes, Foamy Urine, Pressure Headaches, Weak Arms And Fatigue?

For last 18 monthsI have been seeing multiple doctors with following symptoms foamy urine, pressure headache (mostly left side) around temples, weak shoulder and left arm, sore/tender both sides of neck, fatigue, occasional spasms in left leg and arms, itchy eyes, blurry vision, unsteady on feet I have had many blood tests, mri scans etc and the only thing that consistently shows up is a high rheumatoic factor around 80. Hi
thank you for trusting HCM
I read carefully your symptoms and understand your concern
It seems you have reached the right diagnose.
You are suffering from rheumatismal arthritis
Unfortunately as it is a systemic disorder (autoimmune) it can cause complications
That's way it is important to schedule periodic laboratory test and radiologic examinations
When those are normal as in your case you don't have reason to be worried too much
You should take treatment just to avoid symptoms
You should start amitryptiline for headache
NSAID or cortisone for arthritis and pain
Rheumatismal arthritis may be non curable but it is treatable so you should be calm
Hope my answer will be helpful
Please feel free to ask for further information or doubts
Best wishes
