What Causes Foamy Urine When Creatinine Ratio Is High?

I have problem of foamy urine. Other no any sign of kidney disorder. Craitenine is 1.3. But albumin creatinine ratio is high. Can it be reverse to normal by diet and medicine. My sugar and BP is normal. What precaution should I take. Pl. suggest.
