What Causes Focal Seizure?

sir m suffering 4m nurocysticercosis 4m last 1999 takg carmaz for 3 yr upto 2002 after dat i stop that medicine again i feel some focal seizure in 2003 then upto 2004 i take carmaz after dat i stop due to pregnancy again in 2007 1 or 2 focal seizure in a year come again in 2009 i start oxcarmaz due to focal seizure mri is normal area is calcified in 2004 report and 2009 report now i take 1050mg twice a day n i m pregnant 7 months of pregnancy but due to this medication period focal seizure not stopped .wt you suggest should i take more dose or wait for de delivery focal seizure comes not regular its like 1 in a month or time limit is not particular plz guide me all the test for de baby is normal.........
