What Causes Foul Body Odor?
I have a coworker who is very clean. She showers daily and is constantly cleaning her desk and work station, however, she has a vomit like smell. Could that be signs of an illness or health problem? I m embarrassed to bring it up to her attention if it isn t anything bad to worry about.

If could be due to gastric reflux which can cause regurgitation of stomach content back to mouth and cause foul smelling breathe. It does not indicates any disease condition. It will improve with antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole.
