I have my menstrual cycle, it just started yesterday, I didn't notice anything yesterday and not when I first got up this morning and went to the bathroom but the last tow time there is a REALLY BAD smell when I change my tampon. I only have them in for about and hour to 2 at the max and this has never happened before. Is this something that I need to be concerened about.
