What Causes Foul Odor From Incision Site After Sebaceous Cysts Removal?

Hi I have a question I had a sebaceous cyst removed maybe two years ago it was located right above my right ear. They never stitched it up just stuffed it and sent me on my way. Long story short the area where they made the incision still gives off a foul odor just wanted to know why? Is this normal?

Thank you for the concern. According to history if foul adour comes from the incision than it suggests some infection so you can start antibiotics and consult your traeting suegeon.
