What Causes Foul Odor In Groin Area After A Miscarriage?

I went on the Depo for the first time 2 weeks before expected period , I then did not get my period only to realize I miscarried 4 weeks after my shot , since then I have had brown fowl smelling Odor down there , is it possible to still be pregnant or be pregnant again

Some women who miscarry develop a uterine infection, also called a septic miscarriage. Signs and symptoms of this infection include:
Fever
Chills
Lower abdominal tenderness
Foul-smelling vaginal discharge.
The placental and embryonic tissues remain in the uterus, but the embryo has died or was never formed.
