What Causes Foul Odor In The Mouth And Pain In The Upper Chest?

Hi, my mouth has a constant taste of cabbage emanating from the back of my mouth, particularly if I belch (not pleasant I know!). This has been ongoing for a few days now since I had some pain in my upper chest that felt like indigestion after a meal. I am almost 55 years old, in good health, I cycle regularly, I am 83kg in weight (183lbs), 180cm tall (5 11 ).
