What Causes Foul Odor On The Palms While On Tarceva?

I have been diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer stage 4 as of recent I have a foul odor in the palm of my hands. I am now on the drug Tarceva. Could the medication be the cause? Although, I have been on the drug for months, the odor has just started.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tarceva is a brand name of the cancer drug Erlotinib.
It generally does not cause foul smelling sweats.
Rarely, it can cause skin necrosis and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
In your case, it can be something else. You can apply moisturizers.
Clean your palm with an antiseptic hand wash frequently.
