What Causes Foul Smell From Vagina?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I had a colpo and biopsy Monday..by Wednesday I noticed a foul smell coming from my vagina but I do not have a discharge. I also started taking phentermine Monday. Could either of these have caused my odor and if so how?
