What Causes Foul Smelling Bowel Movement During Pregnancy?

Im 38 weeks pregnant my c section is scheduled for next week but I have been having an awful smell when I have a bowel movement like a watery meldue smell I only have a bowel movement once or twice a day this started maybe a little over a week ago should I be worried?

with previous antibiotics a bowel infection with clostridium dificile can be life threatening. The vitamins, changes in bowel motility, changes in diet can have smaller effects. Black stool that is of a particular odor is due to bleeding and again, can be life threatening. the minor causs are more common than the serous ones.
