What Causes Foul Smelling Diarrhea While On Intesta Cleanse?

My daughter is currently taking intesta cleanse that was recommended by her doctor. Since taking it, her stools are runny and foul smelling. She recently was taken off duladen that had been in a pain pump for several years due to chronic pancreatitis. The pancreatitis has been brought under control, and she has had no pain in three years. As a result, the pump has been turned down very slowly during this period of time. She now has saline in the pump, and if she has no further issues, the pump will be remove in April. She had some minor withdrawal over the weekend but is fine now. My question is the stools due to additional withdrawal or the supplement that she is taking?
