What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge And Vaginal Itching?

Okay, So I'm extremely worried and I need to get this off my chest. I can't seem to talk to my mom or sister because all they do is call me a Hypochondriac. I have suffered from yeast infection and BV once before so I am familiar with such symtpombs. About a year ago I started to get this white milky discharge from my vagina. Now of course since I am familiar with the symptoms I assumed it had to be yeast or BV. I informed my mom and she kept on telling me that all women have natural fluids and as long as it does not have a yellowish-gray, greenish discharge and does not smell I’m okay and to stop worrying so much. Now, at the time I was with my ex and we always used protection during sex. However, after a while and even after my breakup I still had this weird discharge which started to smell like throwup in my opinion.Since th breakup I wasn’t having sex and even felt kind of embaress because of this discharge which did not smell pretty. I would take extra showers and the discharge will still come back. I was so despearate that I purchase the Monistat yeast infection cream. Believe it or not after a week I felt like it worked. However, this past October I started to talk to this one guy and well since my ex I wasn’t having sex but about a month ago I spent the weekend with this new guy and we had sex a couple times but the last time was unprotected. Now I’m so worried and feel so stupid which I should. The next day I started to get this thin, whitish discharge that smelled. My inner and outer vulva was really irritated and red and ever time I felt the discharge coming, it would itch. I knew this was not normal and I started to assume I got BV again since it was the same symptoms I got before. A week after that I couldn’t take it no more so I decided to take matters in my own hands. Pretty stupid, huh. I purchase two Monistat yeast infection creams. I used both but notice after a couple days my discharge and irritation worsen. That’s when I finally got my insurance back and made a quick phone call to my gyno. Now the appointment is this Monday but I need someone to help ease my mind until that day. Since my condition has worsened, I went to a friend for advice. She told me about this home remedy for yeast and BV in which you purchase your own capsule and a bottle of boric acid. After inserting the capsules the next day I notice a great amount of relief. BAM! My discharge was gone. Still, a day or two after that, my skin was irrittatated again and my inner and outer thighs had this burning sensation. And just when I thought this nightmare was over it comes back to haunt me again. My mom brought me the vagisil creams and wipes and it will relieve the irritation and rash for a while but in order for it to continue working I have to be constantly putting it on. I don’t understand why my thighs are itchy and irritated. I notice a rash right behind my right thigh on the bottom of my butt. Now, I’m pretty familiar with all the STD’S since I took a couple classes in College but of course I am no expert. I’m extremely worried because I read that with Herpes you could get mild to no symptoms at all. And even sometimes people don’t develop blisters but instead a rash, or pimples and sometimes the blisters are not even noticeable. My mom keeps telling me I’m exaggerating and that there could be other reasons to my rash and irritation. She also said that because I been inserting so much medication like the Monistat creams and Boric acid into my vagina, it could have worsen my condition and caused some type of allergic reaction . I also heard if your skin is already irritated down there and by inserting Boric acid it could easily irritated more. I know I must sound crazy right now by typing this story but I’m so worried and I need someone to ease my mind before this appointment. I keep thinking I have an STD and I know I feel even worst by having unprotected sex but I don’t know what to do. I can’t even sleep at night thinking about this. It’s a constant thought. I feel even worst when I take my small mirror and check down there and see that it is still irritated and red. I know I won’t find out what it is until the gyno see’s me but can someone at least give me some advice and give me an idea of what it might be.
