What Causes Foul Smelling Discharge From The Penis?
Hi, I m 18 At the top of my penis where the tip is I get this wet like moisture like Semen not a lot only a drop its happens now and then and has a odd smell not strong but I don t know what it is and it s clean there s no cloudiness to it or white colour! Was just wondering if this is normal as the rest of my penis is dry and doesn t smell of anything! I have no red marks white marks or anything on my penis!

You are having a discharge from your penis which may be a sexually transmitted disease.
You may need to do a urine culture or urethral section culture to find the possible cause of it.
Probably antibiotics are needed.
